Qatar Fund for Development provided 50 ventilators and other health supplies to Nepal on November 30.

On November 24, the 13th meeting of the Joint Commission between Nepal and the European Union was held. They discussed trade and cooperation between Nepal and the EU, civil aviation safety, Nepal’s politics, climate change issues, and other mutual interests. The meeting also emphasized the EU’s development assistance to Nepal in the Multiannual Financial Framework for the upcoming six years.

Nepal-India Coordinating Committee held a meeting in Pithoragarh on November 27 to discuss ways to combat cross-border crimes. They discussed possible ways to curb cross-border human trafficking, drugs smuggling, renovation of Jhulaghat Suspension Bridge, and ghat management in the bordering area in the meeting.

 Two schools constructed with the Indian Government’s financial aid of 1.27 crore, was inaugurated on November 29.  This project was under the High Impact Community Project in Darchula and Mahakali Municipality.
