Shila Devi Parajuli

Junior Research Fellow

Shila Devi Parajuli is a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Innovation and Foreign Policy (CESIF). She completed her Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy(DIRD), Tribhuvan University. She was awarded to write her Masters thesis entitled “Emerging Security Threats from Cyber Insecurity in Nepal” under the University Grant Commission(UGC.) Her areas of interest include geopolitics, strategic studies, global governance, and non-conventional security threats.
