Arastu Manandhar

Research & Communication Intern

Arastu is a Research & Communication Intern at CESIF (Centre for Social Innovation and Foreign Policy), Kathmandu, and a Masters student in Conflict, Peace, and Development Studies at Tribhuvan University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Padma Kanya Multiple Campus. Her academic and research interests include peacebuilding, conflict transformation, international relations, and foreign policy, with a particular focus on Nepal’s role in regional and global governance.
