Mahesh Kushwaha
Non-Resident Fellow
Mahesh Kumar Kushwaha is a PhD Candidate in International Security at the School of Law and Government, Dublin City University, and a Non-Resident Fellow at CESIF. He previously served as a Research Fellow at CESIF, where he led and contributed to multiple research projects. He holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree in Security, Intelligence, and Strategic Studies, jointly awarded by the University of Glasgow, Dublin City University, and Charles University in Prague, and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Soka University of America. His research focuses on security and strategic affairs, borders, identity, nationalism, and citizenship, with additional interest in the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, and society.
